Job summary

AXA XL’s Americas Marketing team seeks a Senior Data Analyst, Sales Effectiveness, to translate broker, client, pipeline, and engagement data into actionable insights. You will support data analysis, reporting, and operational execution across the sales effectiveness function.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Distribution, Product, Underwriting, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Data & Analytics teams to strengthen sales readiness and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in an analyst, sales effectiveness, marketing operations, project management, distribution operations, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce/CRM, Power BI; data visualization tools preferred.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to analytical resource for the sales effectiveness function, supporting data, planning, reporting, and insights across Distribution, Marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Support programs to improve sales readiness, client/market intelligence, and measure impact of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Produce data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations that identify opportunities to go to market more effectively and grow the business.
• Leverage Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint to transform data into clear insights and executive-ready materials.
