Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Sales Effectiveness to support the Americas marketing and distribution teams. This role focuses on transforming broker, client, pipeline, campaign and engagement data into actionable insights to drive sales readiness and growth across AXA XL’s commercial insurance portfolio.

The position reports to the Head of Marketing, Americas, and collaborates with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as business, marketing, analytics or data science.
• Experience in analyst, sales effectiveness, marketing operations or project support is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce/CRM, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to analytical resource for the sales effectiveness function across distributions and marketing.
• Support programs to improve sales readiness, client and market intelligence, and effectiveness metrics.
• Produce data-driven insights, dashboards and recommendations to grow the business.
