As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze data trends, demonstrate SQL proficiency, and deliver insights to inform product strategy and growth.

You’ll build dashboards and automate pipelines to scale analytics across channels. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and marketing to translate data into business impact,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 4+ years of data analysis experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or financial analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills focused on financial modeling, ad performance, and revenue impact.
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools such as Omni or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data trends across Button’s platform, focusing on product performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive platform growth across affiliate, programmatic, and retail channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to align teams and leadership on key metrics.
• Evaluate analytical methodologies to ensure data accuracy, forecasting, and experimentation support.
• Automate data workflows, reporting pipelines, and dashboards to scale analytics capabilities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to translate data insights into business impact.
