Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that guide product decisions, growth strategy, and customer experience. You will shape analytics roadmaps, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to drive business outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This remote-friendly role offers the chance to influence Roofr’s data platform, scale analytics, and own critical metrics across marketing, revenue, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data science, ideally on sales, marketing, and growth analytics at a SaaS company.
• Expertise hacking AI/ML and automation tools for growth purposes, on top of using Claude, Cortex and other AI tools to streamline analytics workflow.
• Proficient in BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, Omni, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
• Hands‑on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business and product owners to shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and measure success
• Build an AI-first business intelligence platform to supercharge self‑serve analysis
• Deliver actionable insights on user behavior, market trends, and business performance to marketing, revenue and product teams.
• Lead sales and marketing analytics by defining KPIs and optimizing our acquisition funnels.
• Tell compelling data stories to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create reliable, analytics‑ready datasets
• Take ownership of our analytics foundation, inheriting existing models (DBT) and data warehouse structure (Snowflake) to clean, improve, and scale them alongside a Senior Analytics Engineer.
