Clarus is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. This role will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership to deliver analytical solutions across the organization.

The Senior Data Analyst will integrate sales, CRM, customer, and campaign data to create reliable forecasts, dashboards, and actionable insights. Remote‑USA with EST/CST preference and US travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in sales analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL and Python.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Gather reporting requirements and translate questions into dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics.
• Create reusable datasets and SQL queries to improve reporting.
• Define KPI definitions, calculation logic, and data sources.
• Design reporting assets for operational and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership.
• Provide executive-ready summaries and scorecards.
• Identify gaps in data quality and reporting visibility.
