Clarus is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. You will act as a strategic analytical partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership to deliver dashboards, reports, and insights.

The role combines data extraction, modeling, and storytelling to influence pipeline visibility, customer retention, product adoption, and partner outcomes. This is a remote role with strong preference for candidates in EST/CST time zones in the USA.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or higher in analytics or related field.
5+ years in sales analytics, revenue analytics, BI, or related role.
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Experience analyzing CRM data and sales pipelines.

Aufgaben

Translate business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, and metrics.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics).
Create reusable datasets and data models to improve consistency.
Define KPI definitions, calculation logic, and data sources.
Design reporting assets for operational and executive audiences.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership.
