Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join a team focused on production support, data analysis, and Salesforce-related application enhancements. You will bridge business users and technology teams, owning production issues and driving releases from analysis to closure.

The role involves leadership of a team, collaboration with cross-functional groups, and end-to-end release activities in a hybrid New York environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Proven Production/Application Support experience, including incident and change management.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and related data/integration concepts.
Experience with Release and Change Management, including validation and rollback planning.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team supporting business-critical applications and project deliverables.
Partner daily with business users, development, QA, and support teams to drive requirements and resolve production issues.
Use SQL and Excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and production issue investigation.
Own production support activities including incidents, defects, data issues, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Serve as Release Manager for production changes and application enhancements end-to-end, including dependency/risk assessment and rollback planning.
