New York Technology Partners is seeking a Production Management Lead / Senior Business Systems Analyst for a leading global investment management client in New York. You will bridge business users, production support, and development teams to keep client data platform and Salesforce environment stable and accurate.

The role includes incident triage, data quality improvements, requirements writing, and governance across releases, with on-call responsibilities and regular stakeholder updates.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, production management, CRM technology, or application support.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong background in supporting Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record of root cause analysis and solving data quality issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Own day-to-day L3 production support for the client data platform and Salesforce, including monitoring platform health, data feeds, and batch processes.
• Triage and resolve incidents, lead root cause analysis, and keep stakeholders informed during outages.

You will be the link between business users, production support, and development teams, keeping the firm's client data platform and Salesforce environment stable, accurate, and improving. The platforms support distribution, marketing, operations, investor services, client relations, and product management teams globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own day-to-day L3 production support for the client data platform and Salesforce, including monitoring platform health, data feeds, and batch processes
• Triage and resolve incidents, lead root cause analysis, and keep stakeholders informed during outages

• Strong, hands-on SQL used regularly for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Python, or comparable data analysis tools
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile delivery
• A track record of root cause analysis and working through data quality issues
• Confidence working directly with senior business stakeholders, and strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Financial services or asset management experience
• Experience supporting client, contact, account, sales, marketing, or distribution platforms
• Knowledge of investment management business processes
• Familiarity with release management, change management, and production governance
