Experis is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to join the Hanover, NJ onsite team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lakes to enable batch and real-time analytics.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and data scientists to deliver reliable data platforms, ETL/ELT solutions, and governance practices. The role emphasizes performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
