Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or reporting.
• Expert Power BI with semantic modeling and DAX.
• Strong T-SQL skills with Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with multi-source operational data and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for operations, finance, sales, and executives.
• Develop semantic data models in Power BI using DAX and implement RLS.
• Tune reports for performance and reliability; document standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data requirements and validate pipelines.
• Partner with leaders to translate questions into measurable data products.
• Participate in sprint planning and analytics tooling workflows.
