Job summary
Billerud AB in Miamisburg, OH is seeking an Analytics Developer onsite to design, develop, and support BI solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
You will build semantic data models, dashboards, and reports with Power BI, optimize data pipelines, and ensure performance and data quality. Strong SQL, DAX, and data integration skills are required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in BI or data analytics with increasing responsibility.
- 3+ years building end-to-end Power BI solutions with data modeling and DAX.
- Dashboard and reporting experience for business users.
- Strong SQL development and data warehousing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and maintenance of scalable Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing to gather requirements.
- Develop and optimize data models using star schema and DAX measures.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and data quality of BI solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries; support ETL and data integration.
- Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotation.
