Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Data Architect to guide Enterprise Data & Analytics with oversight of Data Engineering, Data Science, and BI teams. You will drive design, standards, scalability, security, and the department's technological direction while mentoring staff and guiding deployments to production systems.

You will lead SQL Server-based data warehousing, ETL development with SSIS/ADF, and reporting via SSRS and Power BI, with cloud modernization using Azure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years in database engineering/design in OLAP/OLTP environments.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, SSRS and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for Enterprise Data & Analytics systems and cloud modernization.
• Lead code reviews, SCM/SDLC processes, and deployments in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor staff and oversee project discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee data warehouse design, ETL development, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure security, standards, and best practices across data platforms.
