Prolific is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to independently drive marketplace analytics and partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership. You will own analytics across the full participant lifecycle, develop strategic metrics, and build executive dashboards.

You will work hands-on with SQL, Python, and experimentation to guide decisions that impact revenue, liquidity, and long-term supply sustainability in a remote, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency with data infrastructure experience.
• Experience architecting scalable reporting frameworks and data marts.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and translate data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the full participant lifecycle.
• Define strategic metrics and executive dashboards.
