Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver trusted data insights across the organization. You will analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and product teams.

You will collaborate with data professionals and product managers to ensure data products are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals as WDTech grows as a data-driven unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a data-focused field.
• 6+ years in data analysis, BI, or analytics with end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience with enterprise analytical databases and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and curate data sources for business and product stakeholders.
• Lead analytics lifecycle: exploration, analysis, reporting, insight delivery.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Perform data wrangling, transformation, and analysis using SQL and enterprise DBs.
• Define datasets, business logic, and reporting definitions for consistency.
• Collaborate on data governance, data quality, and data management processes.
• Analyze user engagement and product data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.
