Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Data Analyst to join a mission-driven Digital Transformation team focused on reshaping how patients and providers interact through innovative digital solutions. This role is fully remote with occasional travel for team building on client site.

You will partner with product, clinical, operational, and analytics stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive product performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• Strong data modeling and analysis skills with Databricks, Python/Pandas, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and document KPI metrics for digital products.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare and model data from data warehouse.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize data workflows.
• Support data-driven product and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
