Job summary

Zip Co is hiring a Senior Data Analyst II to own analytics for new financial products from launch through growth. You will lead data-driven insights, collaborate with Product, Finance and Risk, and build scalable analytics foundations using dbt and SQL.

This remote-first role supports US-based teammates with an option to work in the Manhattan office, shaping strategy, measuring success, and driving product health across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Deep SQL expertise and data modeling.
• Advanced experience with dbt and data visualization tools.
• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics for new product lines from opportunity sizing to post-launch performance.
• Partner with Product, Risk and Finance to define success metrics and analytical infrastructure.
• Develop understanding of customer funnel and lifecycle for new financial products.
• Mentor other analysts and raise analytical rigor across the team.
