Job summary

BrightonOne is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Health Plan Operations to deliver operational reporting and analytics driving performance and compliance for the US Family Health Plan. You will design dashboards, validate data, and translate insights for leadership and government reporting.

Responsibilities include building self-service visuals (Power BI, Tableau), collaborating across departments, and ensuring data quality and governance for SLAs and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, health informatics, CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of data analysis/reporting experience in health plan operations or managed care.
• Experience with SLA/operational and government/regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports covering SLAs, government metrics, clinical metrics, grievances, appeals, enrollment, and service performance.
• Analyze operational trends, drivers, and root causes; translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Produce audit-ready data for government and contract reporting (DHA/TRICARE) and regulatory data calls.
