Onos Health seeks a Senior Health Data Analyst to transform health plan data into actionable reports and dashboards. You will work with claims, authorizations, eligibility and clinical data, applying analytics, SQL and Python to produce insights for health plan customers.

You will explain findings clearly to stakeholders and navigate messy data with colleagues across engineering and product teams, helping shape the platform's analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Turn health plan data (claims, authorizations, eligibility, clinical reviews) into reports, dashboards and analyses
• Explain findings plainly to customer stakeholders and work with messy data with engineering and product partners
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering and product teams to improve metrics and reports
