Priority: Direct health plan / payer analytics experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with direct experience in health plan analytics to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations and business functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with a solid understanding of health plan data, healthcare business processes, and performance measurement. This individual will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze complex datasets, develop meaningful insights, and communicate findings that support operational and strategic objectives.
