Job summary

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC is seeking a curious Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You will partner with Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Marketing to deliver reporting and insights that inform smarter decisions across the business.

You'll own reporting, analyze performance, forecast results, and support CRM and loyalty analytics. A strong emphasis on data quality, clear communication, and scalable solutions helps shape Brighton's data-driven future.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a data-focused or technical role.
• Strong SQL skills (any variant).
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET.

Responsibilities

• Build and own reporting for retail stores, wholesale accounts, ecommerce, and marketing teams.
• Analyze sales, customer, and channel performance to spot trends and opportunities.
• Forecast results and measure the impact of campaigns and business changes.
• Support customer data work including segmentation, data hygiene, and CRM/loyalty analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to answer questions and build scalable data solutions.
• Turn complex findings into clear, actionable stories for non-technical audiences.
