Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Health Plan Performance (HPP) Ops in the United States to extract, analyze, and transform complex health plan data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, QA processes, and mentor analysts to optimize value-based care contract performance.

You will source data from multiple streams, write advanced SQL in Snowflake, and develop Excel/Google Sheets templates to streamline tasks, while communicating findings to leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience with data management, analysis, QA, and auditing healthcare or payer data.
• Intermediate SQL programming experience (Snowflake preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, nested functions, pivot tables).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and trackers for leadership.
• Write complex SQL queries to power dashboards and ad-hoc projects.
• Present data clearly through visualizations to diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, spend metrics, and industry benchmarks in reports.
• Audit data quality issues and resolve discrepancies with payer teams.
• Source, clean, and organize data from multiple streams and environments.
• Develop formulas/templates in Google Sheets and Excel to automate tasks.
• Maintain documentation on analytics, data sources, and cross-coverage plans.
• Support manager with mentoring, training plans, and team coordination.
• Act as SME in meetings and facilitate cross-functional communication.
