Job summary

Carbon Data Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join an embedded analytics team within the enterprise GTM organization. You will partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define metrics, build predictive models, and ensure data quality across the revenue funnel.

The role emphasizes KPI governance, self-serve analytics, and collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue growth and provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive business impact with leadership visibility.
• Strong analytical thinking and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Experience shaping GTM analytics for SaaS or PLG models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics.
• Build models for segmentation, territory planning, and forecasting.
• Make data trustworthy by shipping instrumentation and data-quality fixes with AI tooling.
• Own KPI definitions and performance forum narratives across functions.
• Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure.
• Push back on over-precision and prefer simpler, actionable analyses.
