Pitney Bowes is seeking a data analytics professional to transform complex datasets into clear insights and influence business decisions. You will own models, pipelines, and dashboards end-to-end while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT.

Responsibilities include optimizing the Sales Coverage Model, leading renewals forecasting, and delivering regular executive insights. Strong SQL/Snowflake skills and Power BI are required, with a focus on accuracy and impactful storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in data analysis and reporting.
• ≥4 years advanced SQL for data extraction and modeling.
• Advanced Snowflake analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Oracle OLFM.
• At least 2 years of Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT and partners to align goals.
• Own the Sales Coverage Model and GTM alignment.
• Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for Inside Sales.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, reporting assets.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish regular insights cadence for stakeholders and leadership.
• Create SOPs and documentation for data models and workflows.
