Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical, proactive professional to apply advanced analytics for data-driven insights and strategic guidance for utility and government clients. You will support DSM topics, energy efficiency, renewable integration, and related policy considerations, collaborating with experts worldwide.

The role emphasizes independent and team-based problem solving, mentorship of junior staff, and building strong client relationships while delivering high-quality analyses and reports.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in a quantitative field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a BA/BS with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience transforming data and programming in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive data apps and visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL; strong statistics and research design background.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods and interpret results to assess program and policy impacts.
• Communicate methods and findings clearly in reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support project management, budgeting, invoicing, planning, and resource coordination to meet Cadmus standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Nurture client relationships with proactive and clear communication about project status and findings.
• Identify and develop opportunities to expand work with existing clients and support new proposals.
