Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to data-driven insights and guide utility and government clients on DSM topics. You’ll lead research, modeling, and reporting while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field with 6–8 years of experience.
• Or BA/BS in a related field with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive data visualizations with R-Shiny or platforms like Flask, DASH, Power BI or Streamlit.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Strong inferential statistics, sampling, research design, and regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tools, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods to assess program and policy impacts and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and results in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Manage consulting projects including budgets, invoicing, planning, and resources.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Develop client relationships and support proposal development.
