Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Staff Business Data Analyst to lead defect reduction for the Expert Network. You will own the measurement system, design defect detection and quantification, and quantify customer impact with rigorous analysis on large datasets.

You will apply descriptive, diagnostic, and causal analytics to AI-scored conversation data across a scaled contact center network, collaborating with service delivery, training, product, and platform teams to drive a measured roadmap of improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical skills with SQL and Python or R.
• Demonstrated experience turning operational data into prioritized, quantified improvement roadmaps.
• Experience with defect- or rate-based measurement frameworks and translating defects into outcome impact.
• Experience in contact center environments and vendor partner delivery models.
• Strong communication and change management skills for large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to build dashboards and analytical products that drive leadership decisions (AI-powered tools).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis to drive fixes from analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design the measurement approach for defect domains and instrumentation.
• Build and maintain defect funnels and evolve defect taxonomy.
• Prioritize defect backlog analytically with data-backed defense of ranking.
• Analyze large datasets to identify defects and isolate root causes.
• Design leading-indicator instrumentation and monitor signals for drift.
• Validate initiative impact with pre/post analysis, controls, or causal methods.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and product teams on AI-native quality measurement.
• Lead HITL quality processes and calibration sessions.
