Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical skills: SQL proficiency and Python or R for analysis of large operational datasets.
• Experience turning operational data into prioritized, quantified improvement roadmaps and validating outcomes.
• Experience with defect- or rate-based measurement frameworks (DPMO) and translating process defects into outcome impact.
• Familiarity with contact center environments, scaled service operations, and vendor delivery models.
• Strong communication and change management skills to land measurement changes across large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to build dashboards and analytical products that drive leadership decisions, including with AI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/root cause analysis and driving fixes from analysis.
• Experience driving accountability in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Strategy & Defect Measurement: design defect measurement and funnels and link to customer outcomes.
• Analysis, Root Cause & Outcome Validation: analyze signals across large datasets to identify defects and isolate causes.
• From Insight to Improvement: own end-to-end defect domain loop, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation.
• Data Visualization, Insights & Executive Communication: build dashboards and present movement to leadership.
• AI-Native Analytics: leverage AI tools to accelerate detection, root cause analysis, and workflows.
