Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst who designs defect measurement and analytics to reduce defects across our Expert Network.

You own the measurement system, build defect funnels, quantify impact, and validate improvements with statistical rigor. The role operates within a scaled contact center environment across partner sites, requiring fluency in queues, routing, and operational rhythms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical skills with SQL and Python or R.
• Experience turning operational data into quantified improvement roadmaps.
• Familiarity with defect- or rate-based measurement frameworks and translating process defects to outcomes.
• Experience in contact center environments, scaled service operations, or vendor delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Design measurement approaches for defect domains and DPMO instrumentation.
• Build and maintain defect funnels with severity and outcomes impact.
• Prioritize defect backlog analytically with data-backed rationale.
• Analyze large datasets to identify defects and root causes and validate insights.
• Develop leading indicators under each outcome metric and monitor signal, drift, and regression.
• Design HITL quality processes and calibration sessions to align AI scoring with human judgment.
