Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics or web analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies; BI tools.
• Strong programming in Python or Java/Scala.
• Experience building data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI impacts.
• Ability to translate business strategy into testable hypotheses.
• Excellent data storytelling and leadership influence.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science; Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable big-data platforms for high-velocity data.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Central Data Lake teams.
• Develop architectures for data normalization, lineage, governance, ontology, discoverability.
• Data and AI enablement: curate datasets for analytics including GenAI/ML.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices; CI/CD, testing, monitoring.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.
