Qualifications

• 8+ years of software quality engineering or analysis in fintech.
• Experience owning quality for complex integrations or platform services.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax data and payroll domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality design of complex, multi-partner integrations and chart long-term quality strategy.
• Coordinate partner compliance for tax season readiness and quality risk mitigation.
• Establish quality best practices across the tax import domain and teams.
• Explore AI/GenAI approaches to quality, test generation and anomaly detection.
• Link customer feedback, telemetry, and partner signals to surface latent issues.
• Design self-serve quality solutions that scale beyond a single use case.
