Docplanner is seeking a data analytics leader within Global Customer Success Operations & Analytics to own dashboards, data models, and analytics for a major business line across 13 markets. You will partner with a VP and cross-functional teams to drive insights, experiments, and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll report to the Global CS Ops analytics manager and shape how you spend your time, prioritising requests, and delivering decisions with data.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field with 3–5 years of analytics experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong SQL skills; Python for statistical modelling.
• Experience with statistical modelling and A/B testing.
• Experience building dashboards for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards (Tableau, Superset) and data models for the business line.
• Create automations that scale across markets.
• Develop statistical and predictive models; MVPs handed to Data Science when validated.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Platform and Product Analytics teams to translate business requirements.
• Lead deep dives with the VP and teammates; propose and analyse experiments to drive decisions.
• Prioritise workload and align with stakeholders; escalate trade-offs as needed.
