Job summary

9amHealth is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team, delivering best-in-class reporting for large employers and health plans. You will own the reporting lifecycle end to end, building data models and dashboards in Looker, writing Python and SQL, and collaborating with Customer Success to tell a clear data story.

You will proactively analyze data, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and drive insights that inform client reporting and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics/BI focused roles.
• Deep expertise in Looker, LookML, dashboards.
• Expert-level SQL with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Strong Python for data analysis and automation.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to self-start, hypothesize, and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analytics: build and improve dashboards/reports for QBRs and ad hoc requests.
• Partner with Customer Success to translate business questions into analytics.
• Design and build LookML models, explores, and dashboards in Looker.
