The Role:

• Within Global Customer Success Operations Analytics, you'll act as the bridge between the business and data teams.
• Partner with the VP of your assigned business line to drive deep dives, dashboards, and experiments across 13 markets.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, and data models your business line runs on.
• Bring regression, forecasting, and statistical techniques into daily analysis, working AI-first.
• Own your workload, prioritize incoming asks, and align with stakeholders on what matters.

Who You Are:

• Degree in a quantitative field, with 3-5 years of analytics experience and excellent SQL and Python.
• Skilled at turning complex data into clear business narratives and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and interested in leveraging AI/LLMs to increase impact.
