Job summary

Remitly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Customer to partner with product, program managers, engineers and fellow analysts to improve customer support experiences and scale the business.

You will become an expert in customer support data, define success metrics, build dashboards in Tableau or other tools, and translate insights into measurable outcomes for stakeholders across the operational footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, OR, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an analytics role.
• Experience modeling complex scenarios with data and estimating impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure success of customer support experiences.
• Partner with Product and Program Managers to generate insights influencing design.
• Communicate metrics, commentary, and recommendations to stakeholders across the footprint.
• Manage multiple analytics initiatives with deadlines and impact.
