Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization and client base. You will lead onboarding of electronic data partners and ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic value for stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate across departments to enable data-driven decisions, develop dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce, and communicate data requirements and timelines to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field; 3+ years in data analytics or BI.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with automation techniques.
• Experience with ETL processes and data onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into insight with reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Deliver data storytelling through visualizations and narratives.
• Ensure data outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Communicate with clients to understand data needs and deadlines.
• Lead onboarding of electronic data trading partners and integrations.
• Maintain data quality and document improvements to processes.
• Educate clients with web-based training on data specs and best practices.
• Stay updated on evolving data specifications and act as a data resource.
