Job summary

Avalere Health Group is seeking a marketing analytics professional to develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting aligned to client KPIs in healthcare. You will translate performance data into insights and optimization recommendations, and support measurement framework development.

Collaborating with Strategy, Media, Client Services, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams, you will ensure data integrity and actionable outputs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or media analytics, including experience analyzing pharmaceutical marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing measurement tools, such as Crossix, and the ability to interpret their outputs for client reporting and recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
• Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables across timelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting with accuracy, clarity, and alignment to client KPIs
• Translate performance data into clear insights and optimization recommendations
• Support the development and refinement of measurement frameworks
• Partner with Strategy, Media, Client Services, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting outputs
• Contribute to Tableau dashboard builds and reporting automation initiatives
• Assist in integrating advanced analytics outputs (e.g., attribution, incrementality, MMM) into client reporting
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities within campaign data
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs and proactively communicate risks or blockers
