Job summary

Triumph seeks a Sr. Data Analyst - Customer Experience in Dallas to partner with CX leadership and cross-functional teams. You will build scalable analytics solutions, develop customer-focused reporting, and present executive recommendations to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

You will own data quality, governance, and insights, leveraging platforms like Amazon Connect, Pendo, Level AI, and similar tools as applicable, while mentoring peers and shaping a data-driven culture at Triumph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Customer Experience leadership and key business stakeholders, regularly engaging with end users to understand how work gets done and uncover the business context behind analytical findings.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that support executive decision-making and provide visibility into customer and business performance.
• Validate analytical outputs through data quality checks and reconciliation processes, with traceability to underlying data to build stakeholder confidence.
• Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, forecasting, statistical analysis, and data storytelling.
• Contribute to executive and board-level reporting, strategic initiatives, and business planning efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to create data-driven solutions delivering customer and business value.
• Analyze Voice of Customer feedback, interactions, operational trends, and performance data to identify drivers of satisfaction, retention, growth, and excellence.
• Deliver recommendations that improve customer journeys, service delivery, and long-term client relationships.
