Job summary

Knights of Columbus seeks a Senior Data Analyst to advance data analytics and predictive methodologies for strategic insights. You will work with business units to deliver analytics products and mentor junior analysts, aligning with brand strategy and priorities.

You will collaborate with IT, data warehouse teams, and vendors to expand data sources, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights for growth in membership, investments, and charitable giving.

Qualifications

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in data modeling, analysis, and understanding of business/data requirements.
• Record of business process improvement using data and statistical analysis.
• Effective verbal and written communication with business and technical partners.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct statistical or mathematical modeling.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects and teams to milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and develop data analytics solutions.
• Develop predictive analytics, visuals, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Enrich data by incorporating external sources and improving data quality.
• Create and share dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor mid-level and junior data analysts and promote data analytics culture.
• Communicate project status clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.
