Job summary

Avail is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to shape data-driven decisions across strategy, product, marketing, and operations. You will partner with Avail leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and KPI strategies.

Analyze large datasets, build automated reports with Tableau and Mixpanel, and own KPI development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Most roles require in-person collaboration three or more days at our Austin headquarters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency required.
• Experience with BI reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Avail stakeholders to translate needs into analytics problems.
• Work with data sources and build analytical data layers with data engineering.
• Independently conduct end-to-end data analysis from collection to insights.
• Own KPI development, measurement, tracking, and reporting; monitor KPIs.
• Own regular business performance reporting and contribute analytics content to reviews.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.
• Promote self-service data access for stakeholders to accelerate decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis using internal/external data sources.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and forecasting.
