Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to deliver actionable insights through analysis, dashboards, and reports. This fully remote role targets the United States and reports to the Senior Data and Analytics Manager, offering autonomy to automate workflows and drive data-driven decisions across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in data analysis or BI, strong SQL/Python, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or BI.
• Experience building executive or operational dashboards.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key business processes and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau to monitor KPIs.
• Transform data into easily digestible narratives, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, data transformations, and BI tools.
