Job summary

KellyOCG is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in New Brunswick, NJ for a 6-month+ engagement. The role focuses on reliability data through daily quality operations, automation support, and ongoing reporting and documentation.

You will collaborate across supply chain functions to improve data quality and drive corrective actions. Under the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, you will develop data quality dashboards, support ETL processes, and leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
  • Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools, exposure to Power Automate, Python, RPA, and ETL.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and support resolution.
  • Support automation by building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
  • Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with teams across Supply Chain to understand data requirements and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain SOPs, data standards, and knowledge content to sustain operations.

Job description

KellyOCG is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month+ engagement based in New Brunswick, NJ. The position is full-time and fully benefited, with a focus on reliability data through day-to-day quality operations, automation support, and ongoing reporting and documentation.

Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, you will collaborate across supply chain functions to understand data needs, improve quality across systems, and help drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and support the resolution process.
  • Support automation by building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
  • Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with teams and organizations within Supply Chain to understand data requirements and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience.
  • Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools, with exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, and ETL.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains including material, vendor, customer, BOM, and inventory.
  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.

  • Demonstrated ability in communication and partnership across teams.

Compensation: USD 60-70 per hour
