Job summary

Element Technologies seeks a Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation to lead data quality initiatives across Material Master domains. The role focuses on profiling, cleansing, validation, and automation to improve data reliability.

The ideal candidate has extensive SQL experience, familiarity with SAP S/4HANA concepts, and hands-on usage of automation tools such as Power Automate and ETL processes, with travel up to 10% possible.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics experience.
• Hands-on with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
• Strong understanding of material master data domains (material, BOM, inventory) and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Operations: profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality across systems.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies and root causes; drive corrective actions.
• Automation Support: build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Monitoring & Reporting: maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs; identify trends and improvements.
• Cross-Organization Engagement: partner with functions across Supply Chain to understand data needs and drive actions.
• Documentation: maintain SOPs, data standards, and knowledge content to sustain operations.

Job description

Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation (Material Master).

Location: New Brunswick, NJ Highly preferred or East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems.
• Identify, investigate, to data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolution.
• Automation Support in building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; identifying trends and improvements
• Cross-Organization Engagement: Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of significant professional experience
• Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, BOM, inventory).
• May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
• Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.
