This role leads a team of Damage Managers and partners with the Director of Damage Field Operations to ensure timely, accurate damage management and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in rental car, fleet, collision, or automotive operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CCC software experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the damage recovery and collection process to meet financial aims.
• Ensure field ops align with damage management processes.
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements for damage management.
• Drive damage recovery initiatives and KPIs.
• Oversee damage performance metrics and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the division's primary contact for damage-related claims.
• Develop training programs on damage recovery and collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
