Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dam Safety Engineer – FERC IC to join our team in multiple locations across the United States. This position, which can be fully remote, requires strong civil or structural engineering expertise and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

You will be responsible for performing dam safety evaluations, writing reports, and managing client interactions. A generous compensation package is offered, along with benefits including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active PE License in good standing is required.
• 15+ years of engineering consulting experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state dam safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dam safety related work and inspections.
• Lead Potential Failure Modes Analysis workshops.
• Oversee evaluations of dams and water-impounding structures.
• Write dam safety reports and manage deliverables.
• Conduct dam safety training with clients.
