Job summary

WEBCON is seeking a German-speaking marketing professional to own the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will lead omnichannel campaigns, events, and media relations to drive pipeline and brand visibility in the region.

You’ll manage the budget, craft German content, optimize campaigns, and report outcomes to leadership and DACH Sales. This is a hands-on role with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• German at native level and very good English required.
• Deep understanding of the DACH B2B market, buyers and decision processes.
• Proven track record planning and running B2B campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Experience with paid (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and organic channels.
• Experience organizing B2B events and trade fairs.
• Experience in PR or media relations, ideally with German-language press.
• Strong copywriting skills in German.
• Comfort working against hard KPIs and turning data into decisions.
• Hands-on use of marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and planning for the DACH marketing plan.
• Run omnichannel campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Plan and execute events and webinars with ROI reporting.
• Build and manage media relations and brand visibility in German-speaking markets.
• Measure, report, and optimize campaigns against KPIs and pipeline impact.
