Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a senior Solution Architect Lead for D365/Power Platform/Azure to own architectural design for the STAAND CCWIS government program.

You will implement and validate security, AI integration, cross-cloud boundaries, data governance, and release management, working directly with CFSA executive leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on architect responsible for architecture, security design, and AI integration.
• Deep expertise in D365, Power Platform, and Azure cross-cloud integration.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Dataverse data modeling.
• Ability to design secure, compliant, government-facing solutions.
• Experience leading design reviews and coordinating with federal partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain STAAND architecture, data models, and integration topology.
• Build in the platform: model-driven app config, APIs, PCF, and Power Fx.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and debt registers across modules.
• Lead AI engineering for CORA and agentic workflows, with governance.
• Design cross-Cloud boundaries between GCC and Azure, with logging and security.
• Ensure CCWIS compliance, federal audits, and IT governance alignment.
• Manage security, SDLC, threat modeling, and incident response readiness.
• Engage CFSA leadership, OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners with clear ARDs.
