Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager - D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations projects. You will guide implementation teams, collaborate with clients, and drive operational excellence across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and manufacturing.

You will mentor consultants, stay current on Microsoft technologies, and contribute to strategy and business development while managing client relationships and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or SCM is required; MBA/JD/PhD or Master’s in SCM may substitute.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or equivalent ERP solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, and asset management.
• Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations, data management, and security.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
• Ability to travel as client engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives and best practices.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure D365 ERP Operations modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory/ Warehouse, Production, Planning, Product Information Management, Asset Management and related ops capabilities.
• Develop functional designs for system enhancements and customizations across operations and logistics.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize D365 ERP capabilities.
• Partner with executives to translate operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops and develop functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation, guiding client relationships.
• Support organizational change with training materials and user adoption.
• Lead testing, QA, and validation with test plans and artifacts.
• Produce high-quality documentation and testing artifacts; manage deliverables and risks.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Mentor consultants; stay current on Dynamics 365 innovations; shape ERP strategy and contribute to business development.
• Travel as needed for client engagements.
