Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with ERP/SCM relevance; certification preferred.
- 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & SCM).
- Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations and teams.
- Deep functional knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP security.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions.
- Design integrations, data management, and security for ERP systems.
- Guide business processes and optimize supply chain capabilities.
- Mentor consultants and collaborate across delivery teams.
- Engage with executives to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Support change management with training materials and user adoption.
