Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules and features.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications and maintain codebase.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces and ETL processes.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security and regulatory compliance of customizations.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
