Job summary

Infosys Limited in Plano, Texas seeks a Package Consultant 2 to join our EAIS team. You will participate in requirements gathering and assist in ERP customization, while contributing to solution design and system integration across modules.

The role involves developing and integrating features, configuring interfaces, and delivering documentation and user training to ensure successful deployments. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• PEGA CSSA certification is preferred.
• Experience with Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks.
• Exposure to system integration and data interfaces in ERP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units.
• Assist in solution architecture design for ERP modules and customization.
• Develop and integrate new features into ERP applications; perform code reviews.
• Configure interfaces and manage ETL processes to ensure data flow.
• Create documentation and deliver user training for ERP customizations.
• Support production and ensure security/compliance standards.
